LEAP’s Town Hall!

This conversation comes at a meaningful time. We recently released our 2026 Impact Report, which reflects on the year through the lens of Currents of Change, from the evolution of the LEAP Emerge Fellowship to the energy of LEC 2026 and the growth of our Leadership Simulation program. The Town Hall is a chance to go beyond the report; to ask questions, share reflections, and think together about where LEAP is headed next.

Where paths get charted and started.

Whether you are just beginning your career or looking to climb even higher, browse our variety of leadership programs bridging all levels and sectors.

How We Create Change

Our Mission

LEAP’s mission is to achieve full participation and equality for Asian and Pacific Islanders through leadership, empowerment and policy.

LEAP works to meet its mission by: Developing people, because leaders are made, not born; Informing society, because leaders know the issues; and Empowering communities, because leaders are grounded in strong, vibrant communities.

“You don’t have to be the president of a company to make a difference, and you don’t have to be a certain way to be a president of a company.”
