  • LEAP Annual Contributor

    In 2010, LEAP established a special partnership opportunity for companies interested in supporting and expanding the impact of LEAP’s leadership work and visibly demonstrating their commitment to, and inclusion of, Asian and Pacific Islanders in their diversity efforts. As organizations seek to create shareholder value, participation as a LEAP Annual Contributor will enhance employee engagement, increase visibility as an employer of choice for highly talented APIs, and showcase a company’s support of the API community.

  • Leadership Experience and Celebration

    LEAP’s annual Leadership Experience and Celebration will take place in Los Angeles on July 15–16. This dynamic two-day gathering will feature LEAP’s signature workshops alongside immersive activations, keynote addresses, and panel discussions—all designed to spark meaningful dialogue and strengthen API community connections. In collaboration with leaders from higher education, nonprofit, and industry sectors, the event creates an intentional space for attendees to build practical skills, refine their goals, and leave empowered to lead with purpose.

  • LEAP Programs

    LEAP offers a variety of signature programs, workshops and communication initiatives to cultivate a robust pipeline of leaders to achieve full participation and equality for APIs through leadership, empowerment, and policy.

  • Leadership Research

    Sponsors may provide support for LEAP’s leadership research initiatives which are aimed to evaluate API representation at the highest levels in corporations, foundations, nonprofits and higher education.
